About the job Business Development Executive

Our client is one of the fastest-growing freight forwarding agencies in The Middle East.
They are looking for a "Business Development Executive" to join their team.Job Description:Generate business from customers for ocean and air shipments, customs clearance and warehousing.Minimum target to be achieved: Four times CTC in profits.Minimum enquiries to be generated per month 120 enquiries from quality customers(minimum 40% success rate).Work closely with pricing and customer service team for conversion and execution of shipments.Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.Support JAFZA office by generating profits for customs clearance and warehousing.Onboard 3 new quality customers on monthly basis.Collect outstanding payment from customers as per due date of invoices.Maintain realistic sales pipeline forecast for prospective customers.Prepare sales report and submit to management on weekly basis.Clearly understand goals, policies and procedures of the company
Skills required
Proven verbal and written English communication skills.Previous experience working with freight forwarding company minimum 3 years.Knowledge of logistics sales for ocean and air shipments.
