Dubai XA UAE Headquarters – Sales & Business Development / Permanent - Full Time / On-site We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional to join our team, specializing in the insurance and automotive sectors. This role involves conducting market research to identify potential clients, engaging decision-makers to present our software solutions, and developing a robust sales pipeline while addressing client pain points with tailored proposals. You will build strong, long-term relationships as the primary contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, responsibilities include presenting software demonstrations, collaborating with product development and marketing teams, providing market feedback, leading contract negotiations, and managing all aspects of the sales process. Key Duties & Responsibilities:



+ conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the insurance/automotive sector.
+ Proactively engage with decision-makers at insurance/automotive companies to present our software solutions and value propositions.
+ Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
+ Identify client pain points and propose customized software solutions that address their needs.
+ Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, managing communication and delivering post-sales support.
+ Stay updated on the latest features and benefits of our software solutions and communicate this effectively to clients.
+ Present software demonstrations and deliver customized proposals to prospects.
+ Work closely with the product development, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful project delivery.
+ Provide feedback to the product team on market trends, customer preferences, and industry needs.
+ Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
+ Manage all aspects of the sales process, including proposal development, presentations, and closing deals.
+ Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
+ Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and business development strategies.
