The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base within the education sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the educational landscape and exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with agents, university partners, schools, parents, and students worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Building:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, schools, educational institutions, and community organizations.
  • Engage with parents and students to understand their needs and promote our services.
2. Sales Strategy Development:
  • Implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor partners sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.
3. Networking and Outreach:
  • Attend industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Conduct presentations and workshops to raise awareness and train partners about our services on day-to-day basis.
4. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing and operational teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.
  • Provide feedback from clients and market insights to improve service offerings.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Track and report on business development metrics and progress toward goals.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on business development activities and outcomes.

Requirements
  •  2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong understanding of the educational landscape and current trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful business strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a strong results orientation and ability to work independently.
