Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to manage and expand our network of host organizations and internship programs. If you have a passion for international recruitment, hospitality, and cultural exchange, this role is for you.

As a key team member, you will build strong relationships with luxury host organizations, match interns with suitable placements, and ensure a seamless internship experience for both parties. You will also collaborate with partners to gather feedback and work with the RMC Asia team to enhance service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development – Strengthen and expand relationships with partner hotels and resorts
• Host Organization Relations – Engage with host organizations to understand their hiring needs
• Internship Coordination – Match interns to suitable host organizations and oversee onboarding
• Program Supervision – Monitor the progress of interns and ensure a smooth experience
• Stakeholder Engagement – Collect feedback from partners and interns to improve program quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 1-3 years of experience in account management, business development, HR, or recruitment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
• Experience in a cross-cultural work environment is a plus
