They are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and bring in new clients for their expanding portfolio of services.
Job Overview:
The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing sales. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of financial services and strong outbound sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales & Client Acquisition: Actively identify, prospect, and generate leads for new clients across the financial and corporate services spectrum, including company formations, audit, tax, and compliance, corporate finance, and more.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential client segments and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, articulating the value of the company’s services in meeting client needs.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new clients, while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up with prospects and clients to close deals.
Cross-Selling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional services within the company’s portfolio, including corporate finance, valuation, due diligence, and audit services.
Networking & Events: Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and conferences to build brand visibility and generate new leads.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.
Key Qualifications & Skills:
Proven Sales Experience: 3-5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably within financial services, corporate services, or related industries.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of company formations, tax and compliance, audit, corporate finance, and other financial services is essential.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex financial services clearly and persuasively to clients.
Strong Negotiation Skills: Experience in negotiating and closing sales deals with mid to high-level corporate clients.
Networking & Relationship-Building: Strong network in the corporate or financial sectors with the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and manage time efficiently.
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
