Core responsibilities include staying abreast of industry trends, preparing comprehensive reports, and maintaining high service standards. The role also entails addressing customer complaints, managing risks, collaborating with internal departments, and negotiating with overseas agents and service providers. Ensuring compliance with credit policies and continually enhancing service quality are key aspects of this position.
