We are looking for an experienced and strategic Business Development Director to lead the expansion of our parking facilities across the city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and secure partnerships with office buildings that have parking lots and garages available for lease.
- Business Strategy: Develop and implement a strategic plan to increase parking spaces under management, ensuring profitable growth.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with real estate owners, building managers, and other key stakeholders.
- Leasing Negotiations: Lead negotiations for leasing agreements with property owners and managers.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and ensure the company stays ahead of the competition.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets for parking lot operations.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small team responsible for operational support.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Priority given to candidates with local parking lot resources or experience in parking operations management.
- 6+ years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate, parking management, or facilities management.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate market and regulations.
- Ability to identify strategic growth opportunities and partnerships.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
