Our Client, a leading service provider in the facility management, waste management, and manpower solutions sectors, is seeking a Business Development Director to drive its business growth across the UAE and KSA. This role will focus on securing large-scale corporate deals, engaging with high-level clients, and building a high-performing team to support expansion efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Lead business development activities in the facility management sector. Build relationships with key corporate clients and close large-value deals. Oversee the expansion of the company’s market presence in the UAE and KSA. Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with growth objectives. Manage and build a business development team as the company grows.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in business development within the facility management sector. Proven track record in securing large corporate deals and client engagement. Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills. Results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
