Job Description:
We are looking for a Full-Time Business Development Associate to join our team in Dubai. This is an immediate opening suitable for recent graduates or individuals with no more than 2 years of experience.
Role Responsibilities:
a) Conduct market survey to analyze prevailing trends and identifying prospective customers.
b) Analyze current customer base, including portfolios and rolodexes. To identify potential sales opportunities.
c) Schedule appointments and adhere to time frame for effective accomplishment of the tasks in hand.
d) Be able to assess customer’s purchase potential, identify his requirements to offer him the product compatible to volume of business transactions.
e) Conversant with the operational know how of the product, the in-depth knowledge which makes the product to have edge over similar products in the market.
f) Be ready to answer customer’s queries confidently, accurately to ensure maturity.
g) Track all appointments, sales complaints of customers through proper documentation (Out Door Visit Reports) review and sharing their strategic plans for follow-ups.
h) Advise the customer on appropriate purchase options.
i) Use emails facility to manage the time pro-actively not only to be able to achieve but also exceed the allotted targets.
j) Build strong relationships with customers, outside business contacts, and company stakeholders in an effort to extend customer lifetime value.
k) Review and communicate proposals and negotiate timeline value.
l) Develop the test unique business strategies and concepts through collaboration with colleagues and peers on the sales, marketing, and product development teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction.
m) Stay up to date in company best practices, policies, and plans – current and future, promotions policies for effective sales promotions,
