We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Intern to join our recruitment search firm. This role will focus on research, market mapping, lead generation, and branding/digital marketing efforts. Research and Market Mapping:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, potential talent pools, and client prospects.
Create detailed market maps for specific roles, industries, and geographies.
Analyze competitor strategies and provide actionable insights to enhance the firm’s recruitment capabilities.
Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through research on companies, industries, and decision-makers.
Build and maintain a database of leads, including contact details and relevant information.
Support outreach efforts by drafting and sending personalized messages via email and LinkedIn.
Track and analyze lead generation efforts to optimize strategies.
Branding and Digital Marketing:
Assist in creating and executing social media campaigns to enhance the firm’s online presence.
Develop engaging content, such as posts, blogs, and visuals, for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
Monitor social media metrics and suggest improvements to increase engagement.
Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations and brochures.
Other Responsibilities:
Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.
Provide administrative support to recruitment consultants as needed.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment, market research, and digital marketing.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LinkedIn and social media tools.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
Prior experience or internships in research, marketing, or HR is a plus.
