We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Intern to join our recruitment search firm. This role will focus on research, market mapping, lead generation, and branding/digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and Market Mapping:
    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, potential talent pools, and client prospects.
    • Create detailed market maps for specific roles, industries, and geographies.
    • Analyze competitor strategies and provide actionable insights to enhance the firm’s recruitment capabilities.

  • Lead Generation:
    • Identify potential clients through research on companies, industries, and decision-makers.
    • Build and maintain a database of leads, including contact details and relevant information.
    • Support outreach efforts by drafting and sending personalized messages via email and LinkedIn.
    • Track and analyze lead generation efforts to optimize strategies.

  • Branding and Digital Marketing:
    • Assist in creating and executing social media campaigns to enhance the firm’s online presence.
    • Develop engaging content, such as posts, blogs, and visuals, for platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram.
    • Monitor social media metrics and suggest improvements to increase engagement.
    • Support the creation of marketing materials, including presentations and brochures.

  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives.
    • Provide administrative support to recruitment consultants as needed.

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in recruitment, market research, and digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with LinkedIn and social media tools.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
  • Prior experience or internships in research, marketing, or HR is a plus.
