We are seeking a dynamic Business Consultant to drive success in our rapidly growing office in the Corporate Services industry. Reporting directly to the Head of Office, you will play a pivotal role in achieving growth targets, and ensuring overall team success. The ideal candidate will be highly self motivated, trustworthy and adept at working with minimal supervision.
Key Role
As a Business Consultant you play a vital part in growing and retaining our client base, meeting sales targets, and ensuring team success.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify new business opportunities and drive forward the development of such opportunities
· Develop and nurture collaborative relationships with existing clients and source new leads
· Enhancing culture of innovation and reinforcing our reputation as the preferred services provider in the UAE & GCC
· Representing in a professional and diligent manner; meeting, negotiating and corresponding with clients to form strong working relationships
· Using lead generation and leverage of existing clients with a focus on the designated market segment to facilitate expansion based on our client's needs
· Developing marketing and promotional strategy and materials for the company, including brand management, advertising and web and sales collateral
· Ensuring marketing programs align with public relations and other communication activities
· Assisting in preparation of long- and short-term marketing plans, pricing policies and budgets
· Participate in a high level of client interaction to support the building and maintaining of commercial relationships upholding objectives for development and growth, and to ensure a good understanding of demands, expectations, and anticipate market changes as early as possible
· Generating a high standard of service delivery and achieving successful outcomes for our clients to sustainably strengthen the revenue base
· Capturing, sharing knowledge and maintaining effective communication
· Delivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
About you
· Successful track record as a business consultant, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
· Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
· Strong business acumen and industry expertise
· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
· Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
Experience
1-2 years' experience of sales within the UAE in Corporate Services or Wealth Management
Education
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Law or any other equivalent.
Knowledge
· Strong understanding of the Corporate Services industry and the local market
· Basic understanding of AML and core compliance requirements
· Basic legal skills including the ability to understand and analyse legal documents
· Excellent command of written and spoken Russian and English
