What We're Looking For:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements and objectives.

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business process models, data dictionaries, and system diagrams.

• Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to gather requirements, clarify objectives, and resolve issues.

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data from multiple sources.

• Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, data modeling, and requirement elicitation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with related tools such as JIRA

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
