Additional Knowledge:

Knowledge of change management processes and how they apply to Power Platform implementations.
Experience in implementing and managing Power Platform projects, including designing, developing, and deploying solutions.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure user-friendly application designs.
Develop a roadmap for Power Platform adoption.
Establish CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure timely delivery.
Write and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clear communication of development processes.
Serve as a liaison between business and IT.
Lead efforts to integrate new Power Platform initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and deliver efficient automation solutions.
