Must of excellent problem-solving skills along with the ability to think critically.
Must have great interpersonal skills that allow them to work collaboratively in teams and drive decisions.
Program management experience.
Prior experience in launching digital onboarding journeys is good to have
Prior experience of 5 to 10years in managing banking projects involving multiple stakeholder engagement.
Proven track record of managing the development and delivery of Digital programs.
Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Joining time frame: 2 weeks (maximum 1 month)
