Job Overview:
Financial Analysis and Asset Manager is responsible for conducting profitability analysis of employees, managing inventory and valuation of company assets, participating in hiring and training employees, and preparing quarterly KPIs. This role requires collaboration with the HR Manager to ensure employee development through evaluating profitability via quarterly performance metrics. The Financial Analyst and Asset Manager also organizes record-keeping and updates data using specialized HR and ERP software.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Analysis and Asset Management:
    • Conduct profitability analysis of employees, evaluating their contributions relative to their costs.
    • Manage inventory, valuation, and control of all company assets across all offices.
    • Participate in the hiring and training of employees.
    • Prepare quarterly KPIs for employees.
    • Collaborate with the HR Manager to evaluate employee profitability using quarterly performance metrics (KPIs).
    • Organize record-keeping and update data using specialized HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, preferably MD365) for personnel management, performance evaluation, and training.
    • Utilize ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics for asset management and financial analysis.
  2. Regular Audits and Inventory:
    • Conduct periodic checks of asset conditions and update data in the system, including remote offices, according to a self-composed schedule.
    • Perform employee performance audits to adjust and update data on their profitability.
  3. System Implementation and Automation:
    • Implement systems for automatic data updates through integrations between various systems.
    • Utilize analytical tools for automatic report generation and metrics.
  4. Training Personnel:
    • Conduct regular training sessions for employees to effectively use new tools and technologies.
    • Ensure efficient and effective management of employee profitability and company assets using modern technologies and collaboration with specialists.
Qualifications:
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in financial analysis, asset management, and employee profitability analysis.
    • Experience with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, MD365) and ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
    • Proficiency in using financial and asset management software.
    • Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
    • Ability to conduct training sessions and collaborate with HR and other departments.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in specialized HR software (preferably MD365).
    • Expertise in ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics.
    • Knowledge of analytical tools for report generation and metrics.
