Business Analyst

The ideal candidate plays a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of value-driven initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment. This involves analysing requirements, supporting project teams, and facilitating effective communication to meet business objectives.

They will also identify and document business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure solutions align with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Elicit, analyse, and document business and system requirements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand their needs.
• Process Mapping: Analyse and document existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement.
• Data Analysis: Assist in analysing data to support decision-making and recommend solutions.
• Documentation: Create business requirement documents, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaboration: Work with project managers to ensure requirements are clearly implemented.
• Testing Support: Assist in validating solutions by supporting user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Policy Adherence: Ensure all tasks and deliverables align with DQ’s values, policies, and processes.
