Job Description
Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements through meetings, interviews, and research. Develop detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and use cases. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements. Assist in the development and implementation of new systems or modifications to existing systems. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of solutions and recommend adjustments as needed. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
