Business Analyst Professional
Job Summary:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying business problems, and proposing solutions to help achieve company
goals. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and support project execution.
*Key Responsibilities: *
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop detailed business requirements and functional specifications.
- Create and maintain documentation such as process flows, business rules, and user stories.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to design and implement solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions.
- Identify areas for improvement and propose new solutions.
- Support the testing and implementation of new systems and processes.
- Provide training and support to concerned team
*Qualifications: *
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in presentation skills and business analysis tools.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
*Preferred Qualifications: *
- Bilingual
- Experience in [Dubai Government or private Sector UAE].
- Certification in Business Analysis (IT, CBAP, CCBA).
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
