Description
Conduct operational assessments to identify improvement opportunities in estate and facilities management.Collect and analyze data to inform strategic recommendations for client projects.Prepare clear and detailed project documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive, client-focused solutions.Engage with clients to understand their challenges and provide actionable insights.Continuously develop technical and consulting skills to enhance project outcomes.

The successful candidate will be a dynamic professional with a solid foundation in the construction or facilities management sectors, ready to make their mark in a consultancy role. They could come from diverse backgrounds, such as:
MEP or Mechanical Design: Someone who has spent time in engineering consultancies, designing complex systems like HVAC, plumbing, or building automation. Their technical expertise allows them to approach operational challenges with a deep understanding of how systems interact within a building or community.
Facilities Management Consultancy: Candidates who have experience optimizing the performance of large-scale commercial or residential developments. They understand the intricacies of asset management, lifecycle planning, and how to improve the day-to-day efficiency of operations.
