Enhancement Posted On: September 20, 2024 Closing On: October 5, 2024 Solicitation for BTU Meter replacement proposal as per below SOW:OCEANIC AND AVANT TOWER:
- Supply and replacement of QP 1.5 Mbus BTU meter For Units in Oceanic Tower-701,1001,1101,1203,2104,2803 and For Units in Avant Tower 503,504,802,904,1001,1204,1404,1504 ,1604,1701,1803,2002,2004,2101,2201,2303,2404.- Total - 23 no's
- Supply and replacement of QP 2.5 Mbus BTU meter For Units in Villas 01,04,05,06,07,08,09,13.- Total - 8 no's.
- Supply and replacement of QP 6 Mbus BTU meter For Units in Oceanic Tower -3202- 1 no's.
- Supply and replacement of QP 10 Mbus BTU meter For Units in Avant Tower -2402- 1no's.
- Testing & Commissioning Services-BTU meter- 33 no's.
- Contractor responsible for BTU Meter installation, Cabling, Programming, Integration , for Any Civil works , Painting works ,Ceiling Cutting and Re-fixing and Scaffolding arrangement.
RETAIL SHOPS:
- Supply and replacement of QP 3.5 Mbus BTU meter Unit S07 & S19- 2 no's.
- Supply and replacement of QP 6 Mbus BTU meter Units S06, S08, S09 & S12- 4 no's.
- Supply and replacement of QP 10 Mbus BTU meter Unit S03- 1 no's.
- Supply and replacement of QP 15 Mbus BTU meterUnit S22- 1 no's.
- Installation of M-Bus cabling Units S10, S11A, S11B & S23- 1no's.
- Testing & Commissioning Services -BTU Meter- 8 no's.
- Contractor responsible for Cabling, Programming, Integration , for Any Civil works , Painting works ,Ceiling Cutting and Re-fixing and Scaffolding arrangement.
Please note, that 2 proposals required- One for Oceanic & Avant tower and another for Retail No Subcontracting: In accordance to Jointly Owned Property Law No.6,2019, Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement, the vendor/contractor may not use any subcontractor to perform any of his obligations under this work order. Unless: (a) Vendor has obtained the prior written consent of Mansions CM to the use of the subcontractor, and (b) Vendor has entered into a separate written agreement with the subcontractor which requires the subcontractor to agree to and abide by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Community shall be deemed to be a third-party beneficiary of any such agreement between the vendor and a permitted subcontractor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the vendor shall not be relieved of any of its duties or obligations under this Agreement as a result of entering into a written agreement with a permitted subcontractor.
NOTE TO VENDORS As per the rules, all vendors supplying services in the Emirate of Dubai must have trade license issued by relevant authority in the Emirate of Dubai. Before you apply for any job in the Emirate of Dubai, please make sure to comply with regulatory requirements. Failure to do so can result in stoppage of funds through Escrow Account. Mansions CM, bears no liability towards any payment that is withheld by the Escrow Operator.
