We are currently seeking an ambitious UAE National to be part of IWPB Team in Dubai to support in development of product and marketing strategy, including a coherent offering of investment products (including Structured Products, Fixed Income, Equities etc) to be able to fulfil customer needs and increase Bank’s market share as well as AUM.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Markets and Trading Products, the job holder has the responsibility for contributing towards the delivery of the MENAT Investment revenue through commercialization and support in the implementation of initiatives related to marketing, distribution and operations/technology.The working location for this position is HSBC Tower, Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will:• Support in development of product and marketing strategy, including a coherent offering of investment products (including Structured Products, Fixed Income, Equities etc) to be able to fulfill customer needs and increase Bank’s market share as well as AUM.• Generate revenue from existing and new business across the key markets and customers. • Work closely with the wealth teams to consistently drive excellent product development/distribution and sales performance.• Support in evaluating product proposals from external providers keeping in mind both customers interest and business requirements.• Assist in the post launch and ongoing governance of investment products.• Conduct customer research to understand customer needs and address these by building wealth solutions whilst customizing for local conditions. • Support in training for products and services to the sales channels on a regular basis via sales meetings and structured meetings, working with training departments where necessary.• Maintain and ensure due observance of HSBC Internal Control Standards.• Continually reassess the operational and regulatory risks associated inherent in the business.
