Brand Reputation Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
+ Monitor and analyze online conversations, media coverage, and social media mentions related to Binance and the cryptocurrency industry.
+ Identify potential reputation risks and develop strategies to address and mitigate them.
+ Prepare regular reports on brand sentiment, media coverage, and reputation metrics for internal stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with the PR and communications team to develop and implement proactive reputation management strategies.
+ Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark Binance’s brand reputation against industry peers.
+ Engage with the community and respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
+ Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and best practices in reputation management and crisis communication.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in brand reputation management, public relations, or a similar role, preferably in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
+ Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
+ Proactive and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
+ Familiarity with reputation management tools and social media monitoring platforms.
