Arrange and set up necessary branding materials, Point of Sale Materials (POSM), and stocks (with internal stake holders) for events.
Act as a representative of the brand during events, ensuring a positive and consistent brand image.
Social Media Calendar Planning:
Collaborate with India team to create social media calendar for Middle East.
Generate basic graphics using Canva with bilingual copy (Arabic and English)
Oversee Online Reputation Management (ORM) for the Middle East accounts, aligning with the brand brief.
Identify and capitalize on unique content opportunities for platforms such as TikTok and Instagram to drive engagement.
Independently manage the TikTok account for 'The Brooklyn Creamery,' including content ideation, posting, and monitoring in alignment with the Middle East team
Influencer Marketing:
Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating influencer hamper deliveries in the Middle East
Vendor Coordination
Collaborate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of POSM, branding materials, and other marketing collateral.
Reporting
Effectively manage and generate reports for all assigned roles, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
