Position Overview

The Branch operation officer will oversee all aspects of our Dubai operations, including sales, imports, marketing, logistics, and team management. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to business development, import management, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1.Operational Leadership:

• Manage day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency in logistics, inventory, and product distribution.
• Implement and uphold company policies and standards.

2.Imports and Customs Coordination:

• Oversee the import of goods, ensuring all documentation and processes comply with UAE laws and regulations.
• Maintain regular communication with customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance of shipments.
• Resolve any issues or delays related to customs and imports efficiently.

3.Sales and Marketing:

• Develop and execute strategies to enhance ours market share in Dubai and the broader UAE market.
• Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to grow sales.

4.Team Management:

• Recruit, train, and lead a motivated team to achieve branch objectives.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

5.Business Development:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key business partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to expand our market presence.

6.Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage branch budgets.
• Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability and cost control.

7.Compliance and Regulations:

• Ensure all branch operations comply with UAE laws and regulations.
• Maintain high standards of quality and service.
