Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of the blocks factory
- Coordinate with production team to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of blocks
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards
- Manage inventory and order raw materials as needed
- Train and supervise production staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and cost-saving measures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of quality control processes
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices
- Organizational and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
