Responsibilities:
+ Use data to provide value-added analysis and reporting on operations
+ Manage process enhancements and monitor the effectiveness of enhancements
+ Work closely with PM and provide business requirement documents to push product optimization
+ Provide findings and recommendations for execution by operational teams and executives
+ Support day-to-day operations and promote a data-driven decision-making culture
+ Be part of a fast-paced industry and organization where time to market is critical
Requirements:
+ Past internship experiences in projects contribution / involvement would be a plus
+ Thinks outside the box, data driven, self starter
+ Strong financial and economics knowledge
+ Proven ability to connect and work collaboratively with multiple teams to address operational requirements and tackle complex issues
+ Strong ethical standards and integrity, with dedication and passion for the organization
+ Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with teams across different business units and regions, often under minimal supervision
+ Strong research and writing skills, attention to detail, and analytical aptitude
+ Graduates / Undergraduates from disciplines such as Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or other relevant fields
+ Fluency in English
