Department: BIM Team
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for high-complexity projects in ACC environments. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and efficient model integration. Perform clash detection, resolve modeling conflicts, and coordinate with design teams. Maintain and update BIM data throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and best practices. Support project teams by providing technical expertise in BIM tools and workflows. Generate visualizations, simulations, and reports based on BIM data.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience working on high-complexity projects in an ACC environment. Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Experience working with large-scale projects in multidisciplinary teams. Strong understanding of BIM standards, data management, and construction documentation. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
