BIM Specialist/Coordinator – High Complexity ACC Projects

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for high-complexity projects in ACC environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and efficient model integration.
• Perform clash detection, resolve modeling conflicts, and coordinate with design teams.
• Maintain and update BIM data throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
• Support project teams by providing technical expertise in BIM tools and workflows.
• Generate visualizations, simulations, and reports based on BIM data.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working on high-complexity projects in an ACC environment.
• Proficiency in BIM tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Experience working with large-scale projects in multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, data management, and construction documentation.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
