Black & Grey HR is hiring a skilled BIM Planning Engineer with a strong background in construction planning and BIM for a leading construction company in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate should be a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the construction industry, preferably with a contractor background. This role requires expertise in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and proficiency in BIM and Revit for effective project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring seamless alignment with construction timelines.
- Integrate BIM models with project planning to optimize scheduling, coordination, and execution processes.
- Continuously track project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
- Collaborate with various project stakeholders, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure BIM workflows align with construction schedules.
- Conduct clash detection and model coordination to enhance project efficiency and minimize conflicts.
- Prepare and present progress reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for project stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, industry standards, and local construction regulations.
Requirements- Education – Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience – 5+ years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a focus on project planning and BIM integration.
- Travel – To project sites across different emirates as required.
- Customer Focus – Understanding client needs and delivering results accordingly.
- Collaboration – Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.
- Project Management – Strong planning and execution skills.
- Problem Solving – Analytical thinking to resolve project challenges.
- Agility & Flexibility – Adaptability to changing project requirements.
- Technical Proficiency – In-depth knowledge of Primavera P6, BIM, and Revit.
