BIM Coordinator

We are currently seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator whose responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate the development of BIM strategies for various projects.
• Facilitate collaboration among project team members to ensure effective BIM implementation.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements for all BIM models.
• Manage the integration of different disciplines’ models into a cohesive whole.
• Review and coordinate the work of the design team to resolve clashes and discrepancies in the BIM model.
• Conduct quality control checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Guide project teams in the use of BIM software and tools.
• Maintain documentation of all BIM processes and protocols.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology to enhance workflow and outcomes.
• Provide training sessions to team members on BIM software and methodologies.
