BIM Coordinator

Requirements:Experience:

• 3–6+ years post-qualification BIM work experience, with a minimum of 3 recent years in Revit for large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects.
• 3+ years of experience with BIM in Architectural projects is mandatory.
• Proficiency in preparing construction documentation using Revit.
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, BIM 360 (Document Management), and Navisworks.
• Expertise in Revit modeling from SD (Schematic Design) to IFC (Issued for Construction).
• Document Management in BIM 360, including linking and collaboration.
• Strong understanding of theming Revit modeling, including walls, windows, and doors.
• Ability to prepare sheets, tags, and related schedules.
• Verify accuracy and compliance of drawings with drafting standards.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong communication, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Character:
• An excellent team player with a proactive approach.
• Decisive, consistent, and clear in design and coordination processes.
• Strong technical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
