Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Trainer ( Freelance basis)
Dubai Location: Dubai We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Sales and Customer Service Trainer to lead training sessions in both [English and Arabic] for our sales and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging bilingual training sessions. Provide training focused on sales techniques , Business communications and customer service excellence. Evaluate training effectiveness and provide actionable feedback. Ensure all training content is delivered effectively in both languages.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and customer service training. Fluency in English and Arabic. Strong communication and presentation skills in both languages.* Public speaking / mentoring and coaching skills
