Job Description



The Process Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing business processes to enhance operational efficiency. This role involves analyzing workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to streamline operations. The Process Coordinator will work closely with different departments to ensure processes are aligned with organizational goals.

Job Responsibilities include:



• Support the BFSI/Fintech team with internal process management.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (vendors), and provide updates to the BFSI/Fintech team using predefined document templates.
• Prepare required documentation, such as Statements of Work (SoW) and Technical Proposals, under the guidance of Presale Managers.
• Assist with daily tasks and operational activities.
• Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare summaries.
• Follow up on action items and tasks from meetings, and compile timely reports to keep the team informed of progress and developments.
• Show a strong desire to learn and advance in the field of financial technologies.
• Develop Technical Proposals with guidance.
• Enhance skills and deepen understanding of financial technology, with the goal of taking on greater responsibilities over time.

Qualifications



Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Fresh Graduate.
