About the Role
The Bell Captain will ensure the smooth and efficient handling of guest luggage and personal belongings. The Bell Captain acts as brand ambassador greeting guests and providing a warm welcome. The Bell Captain will be responsible for unlocking the Guest potential through warmth, precision, agility and being united, tailoring every aspect of their stay to exceed their expectations. Responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience
About You
Previous experience in the hospitality industry. Excellent customer service skills are essential. Friendly, approachable, and willing to assist guests with their needs and inquiries.
