Job Description:

We are looking for an Experienced and Dynamic Salon Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salon Operations, Team Management, and Business Growth Strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily salon operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage and motivate the salon team to achieve targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Handle bookings, staff schedules, and inventory management.
• Implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
• Maintain high hygiene and service quality standards.
• Handle client complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor sales and suggest improvements for profitability.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience as a manager in a salon.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience with salon booking systems and POS software.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the latest beauty industry trends.
