• Providing excellent customer service to beachgoers by greeting and assisting them in a friendly manner
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the beach area by collecting and disposing of trash as well as organizing beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.
• Ensuring safety of beachgoers by enforcing beach rules and regulations, monitoring water conditions, and reporting any incidents or emergencies to proper authorities
• Assisting with various beach activities and events such as volleyball, water sports, or concerts
• Providing information and directions to beach visitors regarding nearby amenities such as restaurants, restrooms, or parking areas
• Performing routine equipment maintenance such as cleaning and storing beach chairs, umbrellas, and other rental equipment
• Assisting with beach patrol duties such as lifesaving or search and rescue operations as needed
• Participate in the smooth running of the operations on a day-to-day basis to achieve the highest possible levels of guest satisfaction.
• To have a complete knowledge of the products and services offered by the hotel.
• To lead the implementation of all health and safety codes in the service of the hotel, and in particular to take full and complete care of children.
• Keep all equipment clean and well maintained.
• Develop and maintain a strong working environment with the other departments.
• Drive revenues for the department.
