About the location:
What you will do
Create high-quality coffee and non-coffee beverages following established recipes, presentation standards, and customer preferences.
Properly use, clean, and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other barista equipment, ensuring a sanitary work area.
Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies, communicating ordering needs to management.
Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service, engaging customers in conversation and addressing inquiries about beverages and food items.
What you bring
Previous experience working as a barista in a café or similar establishment, with knowledge of various coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to provide a welcoming environment and build positive customer relationships.
Strong attention to detail in beverage preparation, presentation, and cleanliness to maintain high standards and consistency in product quality.
Creativity and coffee art skills.
