Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including specialty coffee and tea drinks.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, equipment, and utensils.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment properly and safely.
Engage with customers, answer questions about the menu, and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
Restock supplies as needed.
General Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service, greet customers warmly, and handle transactions accurately.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and restocking.
Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for both customers and staff.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
Experience: Previous experience as a barista or in food preparation is preferred.
Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills; ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
