What You'll Do?


  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of bar supplies and ingredients, ensuring the bar is well-stocked and prepared for operations.
  • Menu Creation: Develop and update drinks menus based on customer preferences and trends, ensuring alignment with Kitopi’s brand.
  • Team Leadership: Determine and manage employees’ schedules, delegate tasks effectively, and oversee staff performance.
  • Budget & Cost Control: Maintain budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial efficiency.
  • Customer Insights: Track customer preferences and incorporate feedback to enhance the beverage offerings.
  • Hygiene & Cleanliness: Ensure the bar complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and high hygiene standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain updated drink recipes and operational records.
  • Special Events: Oversee planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination and success.
  • Procurement: Select and purchase supplies, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and mentor team members, promoting career growth and providing disciplinary action when necessary.

What Are We Looking For?


  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role within the F&B industry.
  • Product Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of bar products, raw ingredients, and the ability to maintain consistency in taste and quality across beverages.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to quickly integrate into a new work environment and adapt to fast-paced operations.
  • Teamwork & Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and lead by example.
  • Hygiene Standards: In-depth understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Motivation & Drive: Self-motivated with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Multitasking: Exceptional organizational skills, capable of handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
