Commis 3 - BakeryReports to Head BakerAs a Commis 3 you are responsible for preparing orders in coordination with your team and supervisor by meeting the set standard and qualities along with below key responsibilities.Key Accountabilities:• Support the Demi Chef De Partie or Commis I in the daily operation work.• To maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas including refrigerators & freezers.• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors.• Reports any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance.• Ensure consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products.• To be fully familiar with all local Food Hygiene and HACCP guidelines as per Dubai Municipality.Lives and Advocates the Bateel Values:• Quality• Innovation• Authenticity• Integrity
