ABOUT THE ROLE

Primary Duties:

• Processing of Safety reports, assessment of mitigation actions and closing actions
• Perform on-site audits/inspections
• Deliver safety training to DCAF employees
• Implement documentation reviews and revisions
• Assist in preparation of meetings, Power Point, meeting minutes
• Establish good working relationship with DCAF staff
• Promote Quality & Safety throughout the company
• Any other tasks as determined by the Safety Manager/Quality Manager 
   

Minimum Qualifications / Experience:

• High School Certificate
• Valid unrestricted UAE driver’s license
• Previous experience within Safety Management

Job-Specific Skills:

• Good knowledge of Safety Management systems 
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PP, Excel)
• Previous experience working with IQSMS 
• Basic knowledge of WebManuals 
• Detail oriented methodical approach to problem solving/performing tasks 
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure 
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
