Testing & Commissioning, Configuration of AV and ICT equipment & software at the customer's site according to project documentation and project schedule;
Programming of Integrated Control Systems of different vendors;
Configuration, administration of local networks, LANs, and VLANs;
Provides AV complexes integration with third party systems (Fire Alarm, Public Address, Lighting, BMS, etc.);
Work in close coordination with HQ or vendors Technical Support in order to rectify all faulty systems/units;
Installation, configuration, administration of OS for desktops, servers (Windows, Linux, etc.).
Supports project handing over by AV complexes functionality presentation and performance demonstration for clients; client's comments rectification;
Conducts trainings for clients;
Remote/on-site client support, consulting, and assistance;
GUI Forms, T&C Method Statements, User Operation and Manuals, and other required documentation development;
Coordination with the client's IT, AV or other related services on project-related matters;
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending professional workshops, classes, trainings, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional associations;
Contributes to project delivery effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed, recommending troubleshooting options, and implementing directives;
Supports project planning by operations duration estimation, sequencing project processes;
Keeps Project Manager informed about project progress, dependencies, obstacles; maintains actual project status in corporate project management systems (software, mobile apps, etc);
Supervises subcontractors to deliver projects with the best quality and in a timely manner;
Executes works in accordance with approved project documentation and vendors' best practices.
