Overall Objective and Responsibilities
Job purpose:
We are in search of a skilled Audit Supervisor with specialized expertise in TMT audits. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing and conducting comprehensive audits within the Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Major duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and finalization of all areas of TMT audit assignments for Manager/Partner review.
- Produce work for the Manager and/or Partner review, clearly highlighting issues and providing potential solutions.
- Management of client deliverables, including attendance at meetings.
- Undertake strategic analysis specific to TMT industry.
- Identify business and audit risks in the TMT sector.
- Assess the effectiveness of client processes and controls within the TMT industry.
- Perform higher risk and non-routine audit functions in TMT sector.
- Day-to-day management of junior team members.
- Ensure effective use and application of KPMG Audit Manual/Methodology, auditing standards, and relevant industry standards within TMT.
Profile
Education requirements:
- Bachelors in commerce or Completed A levels or equivalent.
- ACCA - Should have completed a minimum of 9 papers (F1-F9).
- CPA – Completion of 2 papers.
- ICAEW – Completion of Professional Stage.
Work experience requirements:
- 3+ years post-graduate experience.
- Recent experience in TMT audits.
- Robust understanding of accounting concepts related to the TMT sector.
- Computer Literacy.
Knowledge / Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Customer Focus.
- Mentors new team members.
Language skills:
- English: Fluent in speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
- Arabic: Fluent in speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
Interpersonal skills:

- Researching skills - Identifies, documents, and shares knowledge relevant to TMT audits.
