Audit Senior with 5+ years of experience in external audit from big 10 firms

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Auditor to join our external audit team in the UAE. The successful candidate will lead audit engagements, ensuring compliance with IFRS, IAS, and local regulations. The role involves planning and executing audits, preparing audit reports, and providing insights to clients on risk management and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage audit engagements, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with IFRS and IAS.
• Assess internal controls, identify risks, and provide recommendations.
• Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing technical guidance.
• Liaise with clients and address audit-related queries.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in external audit, preferably in a Big 4.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, IAS, and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
