Associate Vice President & Lead Engineer (CRM)

What You Will Be Doing:

• Implement and oversee CRM applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and application servers.
• Supervise the transition of legacy CRM systems to modern platforms, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal efficiency.
• Manage databases (Postgres, Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server) to maintain data integrity and improve performance.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance processes.

What You Should Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. CRM technology certification is a plus.
• 10-12 years in developing CRM applications, with expertise in platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Oracle CRM.
