As an Associate Vice President – Business Banking Payments, you will lead strategic payment initiatives, including launching QR code-based acquiring, increasing digital transactions, and boosting card spending. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to drive growth.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the payment strategy for business banking, focusing on new initiatives to increase transaction volume and income across cards, cash, and QR code-based payments.
• Collaborate with business, technology, marketing, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities and challenges, fostering growth and innovation in payment solutions.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of payment initiatives, analyzing transaction data and trends to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards to maintain the integrity and security of payment processes.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns that highlight the benefits of new payment solutions.
• Work closely with the technology team to ensure seamless integration of new payment solutions with existing systems.
• Drive the adoption of debit and credit card transactions and migrate business transactions from cash to non-cash methods.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in the payment industry to drive continuous innovation.
