We are seeking a strategic thinker with strong networking skills and a deep understanding of the mortgage industry to develop and manage relationships with real estate developers, and other alternate channels to drive mortgage sales.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement strategies to source mortgage sales through alternate channels such as real estate developers, financial advisors, and other relevant partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate and financial sectors.
Identify and onboard new partners to expand the network of alternate channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of mortgage applications sourced through alternate channels.
Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Provide training and support to partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote our mortgage products.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the mortgage business.
