As an Associate UI/UX Designer, you will support the design team in various aspects of the design process, including research, usability testing, and Arabic translation, while developing your skills in UI/UX design.
Key Accountabilities of the role:
Collaborate with the design to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Assist in conducting user research and usability testing to gather insights and improve design solutions.
Participate in design brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance user experience.
Review and analyze user feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
Stay updated on UX design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
Collaborate with other designs to translate existing designs into Arabic with RTL layout.
Specialist skills / technical knowledge required for this role:
Excellent communications skills in Arabic and English.
0-2 years’ experience in graphic design (Adobe, Canva, Figma)
Strong interest in digital technologies.
Basic understanding of digital banking services is a plus.
Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Flexible with the ability to work around changing business needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Media, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
