To carry out painting works of building fabrics& external infrastructure achieving the required/assigned targets of thework within the designated area of operations meeting complete satisfaction ofClients & end users.
Carry out scheduled painting maintenance works of building fabrics as assigned including interior/exterior walls, doors, windows, floors, road markings, kerbs, car parks, sheds etc
Carry out painting repair works of road markings, kerbs, car parks, un-textured painting etc
§Attend 24/7 standby duty as per duty roster
Carry out land and marine based work within the boundaries of the UAE
Assist in condition surveys / snagging of painting works
Carry out any other appropriate works as assigned time to time
§Comply with companies EHS & Q regulations
Education/Qualifications
High School Certificate (8th Standard) is a must and Secondary School Certificate (10th Standard) is desirable.
Skills/ Competencies/ Experience
3 – 5 years relevant experience.
Preferably having experience in the building services industry as a Painter carrying out interior & exterior painting work.
Flexibility and Adaptability.
Team Work and Service Orientation
Reliability, Commitment and Flexibility.
Basic communication skills and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
Must be in the age group between 25 and 35 years of age.
Must be physically fit to perform the required job.
