The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience at a global buy / sell side firm with expertise in underwriting, financial modelling, and deal execution for mixed use real estate transactions. The ideal candidate would have a proven track record in managing client relationships and supporting senior bankers in executing M&A, financing, and advisory mandates.
